  • Cappuccino lady at breakfast was very nice and coffee was very very good
  • Pool area should be cleaned more often during the day; juices at breakfast were bad, you should not only refill but clean the whole container

  • The only good thing was the parking garage with lots of space. The rest was a horrable experience, see details below. The hotel is not worth to be called "Premium" as a 4-star Best Western!
  • 1. We had 2 rooms and in both rooms we found clothes from the previous guests in an open shelf in each of the rooms. How can that happen when the rooms have been cleaned? 2. Cleaning in the rooms was not acceptable, in addition to the shelf (see above), the sides of the beds were really unhygienic. 3. The bottle with bath gel in the shower was empty when we arrived and still not refilled when we left some days after. 4. The bottle with soap at the sink was lacking and left a mess on the sink. 5. The shower in one of the rooms was not possible to fix in an upward position and therefore useless as a shower. 6. During breakfast, knifes were not in stock and only after several requests, the kitchen delivered some few knifes from the dish washer - these 6 (!) knifes were taken immediately from the guests and the whole story started again. 7. Spoons obviously have been completely out of stock and only plastic spoons have been available every day. 8. Tables in the breakfast room were sticky and creasy. Watching the personal during their "cleaning" of the place mats with a cloth explained that inacceptable result. 9. The rooms include an in-room coffee maker. This is a nice service for the guests, but obviously also here the hotel run out of stock with crockery, because plastic cups were put on the porcelain bottom plates - what a strange experience in a "premium" hotel! 10. The pool opens first at 2 pm, in contrast to the opening hours on the hotels internet pages (but there the information was from 2015 (!)). 11. Finally, something what might be a special observation, which I never would have thought about if not all other really bad things would have been so obvious: the toast slices during breakfast also imply that the hotel tries to save as a much as possible. Toasts have been sliced much thinner than everywhere else - just like telling the guest "you always eat two slices, but for us it costs less than usual" (with real toasts). Final comment: I am very experienced with travelling all over the world and staying in hotels (also Best Western), thus, I can compare with the usual standard and clearly state that this hotel lacks of everything, what a guests expects from a "4 star Premium" hotel of a well-known name.

  • il costo abusivo per l'accesso alla piscina ; si puo fare pagare il wellness e lo spa, ma la piscina dovrebbe essere gratuita.

  • Wish to receive 2 connected rooms was recognized. Excellent to have parking facility on site. Very friendly staff at reception.
  • Although it was confirmed to offer gluten-free food for breakfast (which was one of the reasons to stay at Galileo Padova), only prepacked food was provided with very little choice.

  • I had a horrible room! It was immediately over the breakfast area and all morning there was banging, banging, banging to make the coffee. Everyday I woke up very early! Very bad sleep for the high cost of this hotel!!

  • The location of the hotel is great and the staff is excelent
  • I found airconditioning been a bit weak for the temperature. One of my towels was riped wright across the middle.

  • Clean and comfortable room
  • Having to pay extra for the pool: this put me off using it. The TV channels didn't all work and didn't match the list privided: I had to flick through to find the channels I wanted. The staff weren't great when I asked for advice about public transport. Otherwise they were very polite and attentive.
